Four companies have expressed interest in the tender for the purchase of 50 percent plus one share of Đuro Đaković Montaža from Slavonski Brod – Austrian Energy & Environment AG from Vienna, German Kraftanlagen Muenchen and Bilfinger Berger (which already holds 24.9 percent of Montaža shares), and Split’s Konstruktor, reported Đuro Đaković Holding, the majority owner of Montaža.
Companies that have picked up the bidding conditions and signed a confidentiality statement can access the due diligence process. Other interested companies can obtain the tender documentation until November 18, and bids must be submitted by December 16 at 12 PM. (M. B.)
