The management of Zagrebačka pivovara has decided to pay shareholders, owners of series A and B shares, an advance dividend of 122.5 kuna per share for this year.
According to today’s announcement to the Zagreb Stock Exchange, a total of 76,005,125 kuna will be paid as an advance dividend to all shareholders who will be registered in the Share Register at the Central Depository Agency on November 24. The advance payment will be made on December 3, 2008, as stated in the announcement to the ZSE.
