Under the influence of bad news from around the world, the morning on the domestic capital market has once again started with a sharp decline in the prices of most stocks. The worst affected are once again shipping companies and stocks in the construction sector. Atlantska, Uljanik, and Tankerska plovidba went into a trading halt at the very opening due to a significant drop in price, followed quickly by some construction stocks, such as Hidroelekttra and Lavčević.
Crobex is down 6 percent after just half an hour of trading, with a turnover of 13 million kuna. Currently, the index is holding around 2,050 points, so if the panic continues throughout the day, we could witness a breach of the psychological barrier of 2,000 points. The stock of HT, which is currently the most liquid, is trading at a price of 216 kuna (down 3.76 percent). (Amir Kulenović)
