As a result of the collaboration between the Zagreb, Ljubljana, Macedonian, and Belgrade stock exchanges, which signed a Memorandum of Partnership for the promotion of the regional market last year, the first international Roadshow is being held this week in Vienna, showcasing 22 companies from the Southeast European stock exchanges.
The presentation of the best regional stocks, primarily from the markets of the former Yugoslav countries, is taking place on Wednesday and Thursday, and the roadshow is organized in collaboration with the Austrian Raiffeisen Centrobank, gathering around fifty institutional investors interested in investing in the region. According to the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Croatian companies being presented to international investors include INA, HT, Atlantic Group, Magma, and Ingra.
In addition to company presentations, 140 individual meetings between institutional investors and the executives of the listed companies are planned, and new regional indices will also be presented to investors. Namely, Croatian companies have been included in two regional stock indices, the Dow Jones STOXX Balkan 50 and the Dow Jones STOXX Sub Balkan 30, which ensures their accessibility to all global institutional investors, emphasize the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
