Supplementary shares of Hrvatski Telekom (HT) were acquired at the beginning of October this year by 19 executives who possess confidential information about the company, HT reported today to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
In addition to the 19 executives of HT, supplementary shares were also acquired by family members of some of them, and overall, after the reallocation of supplementary shares, all these individuals hold 9,032 shares of HT. According to data from the Stock Exchange, a total of 81,888,535 shares of HT have been issued. Among all these individuals, the largest number of HT shares is held by the President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer Ivica Mudrinić, totaling 1,569.
