From the end of October this year until the end of March next year, the aircraft of the British national airline British Airways will operate four times a week on the route between Dubrovnik and London – on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, which is an increase compared to the winter period of 2007/08 when the route operated three times a week, representatives of the British company said today in Dubrovnik.
The commercial manager of British Airways for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirjana Dostal, stated that during the past tourist season, when British Airways connected Dubrovnik and London daily, approximately 24,000 passengers traveled on this route in each direction. From April 1 to September 13 of this year, the occupancy rate of the airline route between Dubrovnik and London was an excellent 90 percent. During the winter flight schedule, the aircraft will depart from Dubrovnik to London in the afternoon, and for passengers from Croatia, the price of a return ticket to London in a special offer will be around 200 euros.
