Industrogradnja today informed the Zagreb Stock Exchange about the decisions of the Supervisory Board regarding the appointment of two new members of the Management Board: Adam Teeger and Ivon Pavelić.

Prior to his appointment to the Management Board, Ivon Pavelić resigned from his position on the Supervisory Board of Industrogradnja, and the Supervisory Board also accepted the resignation of Radmila Zirić from the Management Board, who will continue to work at Industrogradnja in her previous roles.
Adam Teeger is a co-founder of the fund management company Ethemba Capital Ltd. From 2000 to 2006, he was employed as a director at Shore Capital Ltd, a management company within the investment bank Shore Capital Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for five private equity funds. Some of the companies Teeger has collaborated with include Orchid Development, Puma Brandenburg, and Telford Homes. Teeger is a lawyer in the United Kingdom and an officer of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Ivon Pavelić graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1998, after which he joined the law firm of Slobodan Budak. He moved to INA in 1999, where he worked as a legal advisor to the Management Board. In 2002, he went to VIPnet as the head of the human resources department. He has been working with notary Zdenko Frid since 2004, and in 2006 he was employed at Industrogradnja as the director of legal and personnel affairs. From December 2007 until his appointment to the Management Board, he was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Industrogradnja, the company’s announcement states.
