Morgan Stanley Advisor for the IPO of Telekom Srbija

Investment company Morgan Stanley has been appointed as the advisor for the preparation of the initial public offering of shares of Telekom Srbija, reports B92. This bidder, as stated in the announcement from the Privatization Agency, submitted the most economically advantageous offer.

Morgan Stanley requested a fee of 1.35 percent for the preparation of the initial public offering of Telekom shares on the stock exchange from the total value of the transaction, while the second-ranked bidder, the consortium of J.P. Morgan and Erste Bank, requested a commission of 1.19 percent. Both bidders accepted the condition from the tender documentation that their fixed fee for preparing the strategy for the market entry of Telekom shares would be 250,000 euros. In addition to the financial offer, the selection was also influenced by the technical offer, which outlined the bidders’ previous experiences in executing IPOs, writes B92. (G.J.)
