At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Gastro Group held on September 18, the Supervisory Board of Gastro Group, consisting of Juraj Mihaljević, Viktor Bijelić, Josip Repalust, Ivan Pandur, and Ivan Ćirko, submitted a collective resignation.
The resignation was submitted only about two months before the expiration of the term, which was supposed to last until the end of November 2008, according to the company’s statement. The unanimous collective resignation is a consequence of the exit of certain members from the Gastro Group company who are also members of the Supervisory Board, and the period in which Gastro Group is conducting key activities for the upcoming period. These activities primarily relate to the alignment of a new strategic plan for the period 2009-2013, as well as all activities that follow from it, especially the contracting of business relations for the year 2009. Considering the effectiveness and continuation of the work of the governing body of the Gastro Group company, and with the intention of enabling the best possible positioning of the Company through the previously highlighted processes, the Supervisory Board made the aforementioned decision, it is emphasized in the statement.
