FIMA Securities was ceremoniously awarded the ISO 9001 Certification today in Varaždin in the presence of media representatives and representatives from FIMA Securities, the FIMA Group, and SGS Group Croatia. The ISO 9001 Certification was presented to Neven Kaić, CEO of FIMA Securities, by Drago Goić, head of SGS Group Croatia.

While presenting the ISO 9001 certification to FIMA Securities, Drago Goić, head of SGS Group Croatia, emphasized that there are many misconceptions about what it means to implement the ISO 9000 standard, but the truth is very simple. ‘It is not a burden but a tool that management of a company successfully uses to oversee all processes, and thus the overall business. The goal of such a project is to create conditions for continuous improvement of the system, management, and ultimately the business,’ said Goić.
