Badel 1862 d.d. has today submitted a notice to the Zagreb Stock Exchange that on September 11, 2008, it received a lawsuit from the plaintiff KD Investments d.o.o. through the Commercial Court in Zagreb to declare null and void/challenge the decisions of the Company’s General Assembly held on July 23, 2008, regarding all agenda items of the held General Assembly.
