Thanks to the collaboration between Generalturist and Croatia osiguranje, Generalturist has become the first travel agency in the region to offer its clients integrated online insurance sales alongside its travel offerings.
Through the Generalturist website, clients can select and purchase travel health insurance.- By selling our products online and collaborating with Generalturist, we further meet the needs of clients and adapt to the demands of a dynamic market. Generalturist customers can choose from several of our product packages with a wide range of coverage – says Anita Oreč, Director of the Personal Non-Life Insurance Sector.
Upon online payment by credit card, the client receives a voucher and an invoice for the paid service via email, as well as the selected insurance policy with terms. The Basic package includes travel health insurance that covers medical expenses abroad up to €10,000 in case of illness and up to €15,000 in case of an accident. The Sport package is travel health insurance that covers medical expenses abroad up to €10,000 in case of illness and up to €15,000 in case of an accident, with full coverage for recreational sports activities included. The offer also includes insurance against the risk of trip cancellation. (T.B.)
