In two days, 18 shares of INA stored for MOL

In the first two working days of the 28-day period for MOL’s public offer to acquire INA, the Central Depository Agency (SDA) recorded the acceptance of the acquisition offer for a total of 18 shares of INA, according to data from the SDA’s website.

SDA will publish data on the acceptance of MOL’s offer on its website up to the previous working day, so today’s data refers to shares stored until the end of the working day on Tuesday, September 9. Since MOL’s offer was published in the Narodne novine, as the most recent, on Friday, September 5, the 28-day deadline expires on October 3. As stated on the website, after the opening of the public offer, the shareholders of INA were sent a Notice of the announcement of the acquisition offer by mail, containing information about its validity period, as well as an Order for the acceptance of the acquisition offer (KA-POP). Shareholders (who accept the offer) must submit the completed KA-POP orders in person or by mail to the SDA headquarters, and the Agency notes that orders submitted in any other way, e.g., by fax, email, etc., will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
