The third round for Hajduk shares begins

The second round has concluded, during which 16,000 Hajduk members could subscribe and pay for a maximum of 10 shares with a nominal value of 500 kuna. Today, the third round begins, lasting until September 11, during which only club members have the right to purchase, proportionate to their payment in the second round, reports the portal slobodnadalmacija.hr.

This means that, theoretically, if everyone bought one share, they have nine remaining, or if each of them bought nine shares, they are entitled to one more. We could not obtain information from Splitska banka regarding the turnout or the number of shares subscribed in the second round. Zvonimir Akrap, the director of the Sales, Trading, and Brokerage Department, stated that this information will be published in collaboration with “Hajduk.” Their presentation to the club, shareholders from the second round, and the public will most likely take place today at Poljud. The media has reported that initial interest was weak, but surprises cannot be ruled out.   (www.slobodnadalmacija.hr)
