The Zagreb Stock Exchange has received a notification from Hanfa informing that Hanfa will today at 11:00 open a binding offer from MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company for the company INA – Industrija nafte d.d.
Accordingly, the Exchange has suspended trading in INA-R-A shares and will notify the public about the resumption of trading upon receipt of the HANFA Decision.
