The second round of INA’s share sale has begun

Today marks the beginning of the second round of the offer in which current and former employees of INA can purchase shares of the company. The second round will last for ten days, until November 14 at 10 PM. Employees will be able to buy a maximum of eight shares of INA at a price of 1,690 kuna per share.

Only employees who have more than one year of service at INA, who participated in the first round, and who expressed their desire to purchase additional shares in that first round can participate in the second round. In the first round, each employee of INA could purchase eight shares, and all employees with more than one year of service could buy an additional ten shares. Former and current employees are offered seven percent, or 700,000 shares of INA, under special conditions. The official number of shares purchased by employees in the first round has not been disclosed, and according to unofficial estimates published by some media, about 200,000 shares remain for sale in the second round.
