At an extraordinary meeting of the Management Board of Hanfa, a temporary decision was made ordering the Central Depository Agency to suspend all actions of transferring ownership from the transferor’s account to the acquirer’s account based on transactions concluded on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on October 25 and 26, relating to the trading of the security marked IPKO-R-A, issued by IPK Osijek.
The annulment of transactions lasts for 60 days, during which the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency will carry out supervisory actions and take appropriate measures according to the established factual situation. Namely, the price of IPK Osijek shares increased from 59 to 339 kuna between September 26 and October 26.
