In September of this year, Croatia was visited by nearly 1.3 million tourists, which is 3.1 percent more than in September of last year, and the more than 6.1 million overnight stays represent an increase of 1.1 percent, according to the first data from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.
According to this data, from the beginning of this year until the end of September, nearly 10.3 million tourists were registered in Croatia, who achieved more than 53.6 million overnight stays. Compared to the statistical data for the same period last year, there was a recorded increase in the number of tourist arrivals of 7.5 percent and overnight stays of 5.7 percent in the first nine months of this year.
