An olive oil mill worth two million euros has opened in Marina near Trogir, which is said to be the best not only in Croatia but also in this part of Europe. The owner claims it was not built to be the largest and best, but the fastest.
And the speed is indeed impressive – the mill can process up to 8 tons of olives per hour. For olive growers in the Marina area and beyond, it seems there is no longer any waiting for processing. The oil, known for its quality, is expected to be even better due to processing immediately after harvesting, as reported in HTV news.
