Organized by the Association of Real Estate Business of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, a two-day Real Estate Business Forum begins on Friday, aimed at presenting innovations related to legal regulations and offering solutions to the problems faced by participants in the real estate business in their daily practice.
The conference will discuss the new Law on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions, amendments to the law on land registers, the establishment of a unified land data base, and a joint information system for land registers and cadastres, as well as the sale, lease, and concession of real estate owned by local government.
