Changes in the Supervisory Board and Management of Elektropromet have been announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The current Management Board member Juro Bajić has resigned, and the former president of the Supervisory Board Mislav Stipić has been appointed as the deputy member of the Management Board.
At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Elektropromet, in addition to Juro Bajić, Management Board members Ivan Sundji and Mladen Gajski also submitted their resignations.
