The Scholarship Fair was opened today at the National and University Library in Zagreb, featuring 27 prestigious Croatian and foreign institutions offering more than 70 scholarships and other forms of financial support for students and citizens.
The one-day Scholarship Fair, the largest in Croatia, was organized by the Institute for the Development of Education, and more than 6000 visitors are expected. Scholarship programs were presented by Harvard University, Webster University, the University of Zagreb, the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, the City of Zagreb, Zagrebačka Bank, foreign embassies (USA, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, etc.), and foreign cultural centers.
