All seven workers who were kidnapped on Saturday from Shell’s oil facility in the Niger Delta, including Croatian citizen Mate Luša, have been freed, stated Ebimo Amungo, spokesperson for the Nigerian federal state of Bayelsa where the kidnapping occurred.
The release of Mate Luše and the seven workers was confirmed this evening by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.(H)
