The company RIZ Odašiljači is delivering today to Libya two transmitters and accompanying equipment, with a delivery value of 1.54 million euros, it was announced by RIZ Odašiljači.
These are two 300-kilowatt medium-wave transmitters. Installation, testing, and preparations for commissioning will be carried out by RIZ’s experts, and the start of broadcasting is expected in December of this year. Today’s delivery is one of many RIZ’s projects in Libya, where RIZ has been present for over 30 years, the statement said. RIZ also announces the arrival of customers from Yemen for the handover of two 300-kilowatt medium-wave transmitters.
In addition to the work in Libya, RIZ Odašiljači has delivered goods to Bangladesh this autumn, worth 760 thousand dollars, and to England, valued at 516 thousand pounds. The company RIZ was founded in 1948 as a manufacturer of equipment for radio production. RIZ Odašiljači emerged from that company and is now a private company focused on research, production, and sales of radio transmitters and equipment. The company has produced more than a thousand transmitters installed worldwide. (H)
