Ivica Mudrinić, the CEO of T-HT, acquired a thousand ordinary shares of the company on Friday, the first day of trading of T-HT shares, at an average price of 376.71 kuna per share, according to a notice sent by T-HT to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
In addition to Mudrinić, 185 shares were acquired by T-HT board member Juergen P. Czapran, at an average price of 385.40 kuna per share. The shares were purchased on October 5 and represent 0.0002259 percent of the company’s share capital. These are all the shares that Czapran owns.
