Payments from Croatian citizens interested in purchasing shares of Veterina must be credited to a special account at Raiffeisenbank Austria number 1300109925 no later than Friday, October 5, 2007, by 14:00 hours.
Citizens who will make the payment at RBA branches or via RBA iDIREKT Internet banking, tDIREKT telephone banking, or the RBA NA DLANU service can also make the payment no later than 14:00 hours on October 5, which will be credited immediately. Payments from legal entities will be made according to the payment instructions they will receive from the Agent. When making the payment, special attention must be paid to the model and reference number in accordance with the Payment Instructions for Binding Offers for the purchase of Veterina shares.
The price range for the shares is between 80 and 100 kuna per share, and the selling price will be determined on October 5, 2007, after the conclusion of the book of offers in the Preferred Offer and Non-Preferred Offer, when the total value of the transaction will also be known. The listing of Veterina shares on the Official Market (First Listing) of the Zagreb Stock Exchange is expected around October 19, 2007. The Agent for the sale and listing of Veterina shares on the stock exchange is RBA. The results of the registration of Veterina shares in the public offering will be announced on Tuesday, October 9, 2007.
