The consortium of Konstruktor Institute of Civil Engineering of Croatia, Tehnika, Konstruktor Engineering, and Toplice Sveti Martin did not submit its bid for the realization of the Health and Tourism Center project in Stubičke Toplice, although it was one of the three qualified candidates for the construction of the new Zagorje Riviera. According to the public-private partnership model, it will be created by Sunce Hotels or Ingra.
In the premises of Krapina-Zagorje County, the bids of Sunce Koncern d.d. for tourism and hospitality owned by Jake Andabak and Ingra d.d. for the construction of investment facilities, the remaining qualified candidates who applied for the international public tender of Krapina-Zagorje County, were opened. The County is looking for an investor who would invest at least 50 million euros according to the public-private partnership model, and it will participate in the project with a hospital and 16 hectares of land characterized by an abundance of thermal springs. The identity of the investor will be known by October 18. Until then, the detailed bids from Sunce and Ingra will be reviewed by Hosting International, a company providing consulting services, marketing, and engineering in tourism and hospitality from Zadar, which is a partner to Krapina-Zagorje County in the tender for Stubake.
