This year’s fourth conference of the Croatian Association of Corporate Treasurers, which was opened today at the Solaris hotel resort in Šibenik, gathered around 150 corporate treasurers, finance directors from companies, as well as representatives from banks, investment funds, and other investment firms.
This year’s conference aims to showcase innovations in the Croatian financial market with an emphasis on treasury operations, highlighted the president of the Croatian Association of Corporate Treasurers, Goran Brajdić, during the opening of the conference.
During the two-day conference, as he pointed out, discussions will also cover macroeconomic forecasts and EU funds, the insurance sector in the financial industry, interest rates, and currency movements until the end of the year.
There will also be discussions about the experiences of Croatian companies related to initial public offerings (IPOs), which have, as noted, become the hit of this year’s Croatian financial market, with the public offering of shares of the company Magma being presented as a specific example. The conference is taking place today and tomorrow, organized by the Croatian Association of Corporate Treasurers in collaboration with Infoarena congress activities. (Hina)
