A total of 358,406 citizens subscribed to T-HT shares, paying 12,201,000,000 HRK. The demand from foreign institutional investors amounted to 20 billion and 240 million HRK, which was 20.7 times more than the available package.
Domestic institutional investors submitted requests for T-HT shares worth four billion and 764 million HRK, što je devet puta više od ponuđenog paketa.
Overall investor demand exceeded 37.477 billion HRK, thus the package of 38,000 HRK per person will be reduced by approximately 55%. For instance, a person who paid 38,000 HRK will ultimately receive a package worth 16,855 HRK, while someone who paid 34,043 HRK, što je bila prosječna uplata, will receive a package worth 15,100 HRK.
Foreign institutional investors will receive 65% of the allocated share, while 35% will go to domestic institutional investors.
The state budget will earn seven billion HRK from this sale, of which five billion will be directed to the pension fund for the repayment of debts to pensioners up to 2009, while the remaining two billion will finance the budget deficit.
