The company W2005/Dvadeset Osam, which operates from its headquarters in Zagreb as part of the American Goldman Sachs Group, has published in today’s daily press an Offer for the Acquisition of shares of Arenaturist, at a price of 534.21 kuna per share.
The offer states that W2005/Dvadeset Osam already holds 1,407,742 ordinary shares of Arenaturist, which constitute 64.5 percent of the share capital of the Pula-based tourism company. To the holders of the remaining 774,589 or 35.49 percent of shares, W2005/Dvadeset Osam offers a price of 534.21 kuna for each paid share, and the offer specifies that it does not apply to shares encumbered by a lien. To acquire all remaining shares of Arenaturist, W2005/Dvadeset Osam requires 413.8 million kuna. According to the offer, a bank guarantee from the Austrian Raiffeisen Zentralbank has been obtained for the amount needed to pay for all shares. The offer also states that the business plan of W2005/Dvadeset Osam anticipates continuous investments to make the tourism offer of Arenaturist more attractive to a broader range of domestic and European clientele, thereby increasing the number of visitors to the company’s tourist facilities and the Pula area in general.
