Shareholders Left Without Preferred Shares

In the Bank of Split-Dalmatia, the process of converting preferred shares into ordinary shares of the bank has recently been completed. Thus, the bank is now without preferred shares and currently holds only ordinary shares in its portfolio.

The corporate action of converting shares of the Bank of Split-Dalmatia was carried out in such a way that the cessation of the preferred status for 86,680 preferred shares marked SDBA-P-A, with an individual nominal amount of 100 kuna, was registered as of September 21, and these shares were included in the existing issue of ordinary shares marked SDBA-R-A, also with an individual nominal amount of 100 kuna.

After this corporate action, the bank’s equity capital amounts to a total of 47,162,000 kuna and consists of 471,620 ordinary shares with an individual nominal value of 100 kuna per share. Furthermore, the Bank of Split-Dalmatia continued to achieve significant income results in the past part of the year. For example, in the seven months of this year, they achieved a gross profit of 2.6 million kuna, which is 30 percent higher than in the same period last year. (Nikola Prskalo)
