Following the public offering of HT shares, Hanfa determined that some individuals are submitting offers through powers of attorney for an exceptionally large number of persons. Supervision revealed that certain individuals collected and submitted from twenty, thirty, forty, to even more than sixty powers of attorney.

Zagreb who collected as many as 62 powers of attorney, followed by J.Š. also from Zagreb with 50 powers of attorney, in third place is D.K. from Varaždin with 35 powers of attorney, then A.K. from Daruvar with 26 powers of attorney. The powers of attorney have been withdrawn, and Hanfa announced that it will take all prescribed legal measures to prevent manipulation of powers of attorney that conceals the criminal offense of illegal trading in securities.
