Germanwings Opens Reservations for Summer 2008

Germanwings has prepared nine new attractive destinations for the upcoming summer. In addition to the new routes, this low-cost airline is further developing its existing routes, as announced by the company.

Considering the previous successful results in the Croatian market, Germanwings has confirmed the introduction of flights between Zagreb/Split and Dortmund for next summer. Flights on these routes will begin on October 28. Flights for the first part of the next summer flight schedule, which runs from March 30 to September 7, 2008, can be booked starting September 18 on the website www.germanwings.com. The German low-cost airline Germanwings has recently introduced a new service called "Smart Connect," which allows passengers to transfer at one of the main German airports and continue their journey to their desired destination. Passengers in Croatia now have access to a greater number of destinations and can, in addition to existing routes to Köln/Bonn, Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg, and Dortmund, purchase tickets for flights to Paris, London, Dresden, and Leipzig. This is a unique offer that no other low-cost airline in Europe has, and Germanwings is introducing as many as 141 additional routes and 500 extra connections per week.
