In accordance with the provisions of the Decision on the Zagreb Stock Exchange index dated March 6, 2007, the Index Commission conducted a review of Crobex at its meeting on September 12, 2007, it was announced on Monday at the ZSE.
The review was conducted based on trading data from March 1, 2007, to August 31, 2007. The shares of Belje d.d. and Đuro Đaković Holding d.d. did not meet the condition for remaining in Crobex due to not satisfying the minimum free float market capitalization requirement. Additionally, the shares of Karlovačka banka d.d., Luka Ploče d.d., and Podravska banka d.d. were excluded from Crobex as they did not meet the minimum trading volume requirement. On the other hand, four shares met the inclusion criteria for Crobex based on regular criteria (Croatia osiguranje d.d. ordinary shares, Hidroelektra niskogradnja d.d., Ingra d.d., and Zagrebačka banka d.d. ordinary shares) and one share met the criteria for accelerated entry (Magma d.d.). The change in the composition of Crobex will take place after the trading session ends on September 21, 2007, the announcement states. (Bankamagazin)
