Tonight, the 83rd Autumn International Zagreb Fair has concluded, featuring 1,693 exhibitors from 49 countries, and according to the organizers, it was visited by 90 thousand attendees.
The Autumn Fair, which began on September 11, is a collection of international specialized fairs: Energy, Construction, Emat (Environmental Protection Fair), Interprotex (Fair for the Protection of Persons and Property), Arca (Innovation Exhibition), Telecommunications, Transport and Logistics, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Eco-Ethno Croatia, Agriculture and Food, Fashion Days, and Modernpak (Packaging Fair).
The partner country was Slovenia, and alongside it, collective exhibitions were held by Slovakia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, the Czech Republic, Indonesia, Austria, Poland, and Germany. During the six days of the Autumn International Zagreb Fair, a series of professional accompanying activities took place, such as the traditional Economic Forum, a meeting of entrepreneurs with government representatives, a round table titled "Slovenia and Croatia – Economic Partners," a Hungarian-Croatian business gathering, and a professional meeting on small entrepreneurship in Croatia titled "Small is Big."
According to the organizers, 87 percent of exhibitors were satisfied with this year’s Autumn Fair, 80 percent showcased new products, and 51 percent achieved significant new business, with the highest number of business contacts and deals made at the fairs for Construction, Energy, Interprotex, and Emat.
