The realization of the vision of free connection, creation, and sharing of information in the digital world is the fundamental guiding principle of Software Freedom International, which presents its ideas worldwide in the form of Free Software Day (September 15), now for the third consecutive year.
This year, Free Software Day will be celebrated in Zagreb, and the Croatian Linux Users Association has invited all interested parties to visit the Boogaloo club on Saturday.
‘From 10 AM to 5 PM this Saturday at the Boogaloo venue in Zagreb, the Day will be marked by socializing and an installfest. The socializing is intended as assistance with the installation, configuration, or use of Linux (whether beginner or advanced), in a so-called Q&A session. Additionally, a certain number of CDs and DVDs will be distributed. In any case, come even if you just want to socialize – with or without a laptop – to discuss new technologies or the latest Linux solutions, including OOXML,’ invite the HULK, the Croatian Linux Users Association.
