Croatian Post Bank offers kuna loans for the purchase of T-HT shares ranging from 5,000 to 39,000 kuna with an annual interest rate of 9.98 percent, without a deposit.
Croatian citizens who receive a salary or other permanent income to an account opened at the bank can obtain the loan. The processing fee for the loan application is included in the loan amount, amounts to 2.49 percent of the loan amount, with a minimum of 300 kuna, and is charged from the loan upon its disbursement. The repayment period is from 12 to 48 months, with a grace period of up to 12 months, and the grace period is included in the repayment term. The instruments for securing the loan repayment include a lien on T-HT shares and a promissory note from the borrower for the amount of the claim certified by a public notary. All bank clients interested in a loan for the purchase of T-HT shares must submit a Binding Offer with a right of first refusal and special benefits and fill out a Loan Application at the bank counters. Additionally, from September 17 to 27, 2007, users of HPB Internet banking for citizens can submit Binding Offers online.
