Hanfa, through regular supervisory measures, has determined that certain public media, in monitoring the preparation for the implementation of the Decision on the sale of T-HT shares through a public offering, are transmitting information that is speculative in nature and does not refer to objective research, it was announced by Hanfa.
Regarding the public offering of shares of HT – Croatian Telecommunications, Hanfa is closely monitoring the media reporting, especially due to the assessment that a record number of citizens will subscribe to shares in this public offering, many of whom will be acquiring this form of securities for the first time, it was announced by Hanfa. Therefore, the Agency’s goal is for this process to be completely transparent, for all future shareholders to gain a true picture of the benefits and risks associated with investing in shares, and for them to make their investment decisions based on objective publicly available information, the statement said.
