Based on the Privatization Act of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije, the Government has made a decision regarding the public offering of shares of this company. In accordance with the Law and the decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, at least 20%, and at most 23% of T-HT shares will be sold through a public offering, in which the deadline for submitting purchase offers for shares begins on September 17, 2007. All investors who are not institutional (in the sense of the Securities Market Act) must submit Binding Offers to purchase T-HT shares by September 27, 2007, while institutional investors must submit Indicative Offers to purchase shares by October 1, 2007.
After the completion of the public offering on October 5, 2007, the listing of T-HT shares on the Official Market (First Listing) of the Zagreb Stock Exchange is expected, as well as the listing of GDRs (global depositary receipts), which represent T-HT shares, on the London Stock Exchange. The mentioned dates may be changed by the decision of the Government. At its meeting on Thursday, the Government will also determine the price range.
