Tatjana Borovina, the Executive Director of Generalturist’s Production Sector, presented the rich ski offerings in the market and the 280-page catalog that consolidates this offer, stating that she expects 20 percent better results by the end of the season compared to last year.
Borovina presented the offerings at ski resorts in Austria, Italy, Slovenia, France, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland, and Croatia, highlighting a new addition to Generalturist’s offerings. – For winter, Generalturist has prepared package arrangements for France for the first time, with a special flight departing from Zagreb during the winter school holidays, when most skiers take their winter vacation. Skiers seeking the most comfortable transport to the best European ski slopes will stay at excellent hotels on 450 kilometers of ski trails in Alpe d’Huez and Les Deux Alpes, and are ready to spend from 3,830 to 9,890 kuna per person for a seven-day accommodation, ski pass, and air transport – said Tatjana Borovina. Although the prices of ski packages have slightly increased, by up to five percent due to the rise in accommodation costs, Generalturist has sold more than 500 packages in just a few days, and our oldest travel agency holds 15 – 20 percent of the total ski package market.
