The Supervisory Board of one of Croatia’s leading food companies, Franck, has appointed a new three-member management board. Alongside the CEO Dubravko Artuković, the new members appointed are dipl. ing. Zvonimir Šćurec, MBA, as a member of the Management Board for operational business, and dipl. oecc. Josip Budimir, as a member of the Management Board for corporate activities.
Josip Budimir has previously worked at Franck as the Director of the Economics Sector, while Zvonimir Šćurec joined Franck from the position of CEO of Zagrebačka pivovara. The CEO of Franck, Dubravko Artuković, emphasized that by appointing new members to the Management Board, the company is creating conditions for dynamic growth and development. Franck intends to maintain and increase its already leading market shares in the coffee, coffee substitutes, tea, chips, flips, peanuts, and other groups of quality food products.
Immediately after the appointment, the new Management Board of Franck took its first steps aimed at further strengthening the company’s management team. dipl. ing. Krešimir Bakša, MBA, was appointed as the Director of Technical Operations, having come to Franck from Zvijezda. dipl. ing. Nevenka Divjakinja, who arrived from Montana, was appointed as the Director of Production. The position of Director of Maintenance is filled by dipl. ing. Igor Damjanić, who transitioned to Franck from Kraš, and dipl. ing. Damir Lujanac, who came to Franck from Zdenka, was appointed as the Director of the factory in Hercegovac.
