The General Assembly of Agrokor, convened for October 16, is expected to decide to pay out 50 million kuna in dividends from retained earnings from previous years, as stated in the notice for the General Assembly published in the Narodne novine.
The Assembly has been proposed to allocate last year’s profit of Agrokor, amounting to 112.39 million kuna, to retained earnings. From the retained earnings from previous years, 50 million kuna would be allocated for the payment of dividends. The dividend, as stated in the notice for the Assembly, will be paid by the end of this year.
