Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ) will offer its clients and all adult members of their families loans for the purchase of T-HT shares in the initial offering with special benefits and priority rights for citizens of Croatia, it was announced by PBZ.
The loans are intended for PBZ clients who receive their salary in a current account at PBZ and adult members of their families. PBZ will finance up to 90 percent of the amount of shares that the client decides to subscribe, and the loan user must deposit 10 percent of the participation in the current account. Citizens with priority rights and special benefits can purchase T-HT shares up to an amount of 38 thousand, so the maximum loan amount that PBZ will approve is 34,200 kuna. PBZ loans will be approved in kuna, with an interest rate of 7.98 percent (effective interest rate 8.74 percent), and a processing fee of one percent of the loan amount, with a minimum of 500 kuna (payment from own funds when using the loan).
The loans will have a repayment period of up to 5 years and the possibility of a grace period of up to one year (the grace period included in the repayment period). PBZ is the first bank to announce the details of the loans for the purchase of T-HT shares, and other banks confirm that they are considering offering special credit lines. Zagrebačka banka (ZABA) confirms that ZABA will certainly offer citizens special loans for the purchase of T-HT shares, as well as Raiffeisen bank, but they do not want to announce details yet. Erste bank states that the Management has not yet made a decision on the placement of loans for the purchase of T-HT shares and that there is an idea about the placement of these loans, about which the public will be informed by the end of the week or on Monday. Hrvatska poštanska banka also confirms that they are considering the option of offering loans for the purchase of T-HT shares, and that in that case, the public will be informed next week. (H)
