Ana Nemet joined the management team of Valamar Hotels and Resorts, the leading company for managing tourist capacities in Croatia, as of September 2007, in the position of Director of Finance and Controlling
Ana Nemet comes to Valamar from Nova TV, where she worked for the past two years as a Senior Financial Controller. Prior to that, she worked for four years at Valamar, where she led the controlling department. She also worked at Zagrebačka Bank and at Filip Trade. During her studies, she briefly engaged in journalism for the IT magazine Bug and was a demonstrator at the Department of Statistics at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. At the same faculty, Ana Nemet graduated in 1999 with a degree in Macroeconomic Analysis.
