The company Končar d.d. has increased its share capital by just over 22 million kuna, and the company Končar – Generators and Motors (Končar GIM) has also increased its share capital by 30 million kuna, according to a notification from the Central Depository Agency (SDA).
Končar d.d. increased its share capital by issuing a total of 55,066 new ordinary shares marked KOEI-R-A, with an individual nominal value of 400 kuna. In this way, the company’s share capital was increased from 1,006,821,200 kuna by 22,026,400 kuna, so that the total share capital after the increase amounts to 1,028,847,600 kuna. The share capital of Končar is divided into 2,572,119 ordinary shares with an individual nominal value of 400 kuna, as stated in the SDA announcement regarding the registration of the increase in share capital in the SDA system.
According to the SDA notification, the share capital was also increased by the company Končar – Generators and Motors (GIM) by issuing new shares through a private offering. The share capital was increased by issuing a total of 300,000 new ordinary shares marked KOGM-R-A, with an individual nominal value of 100 kuna. In this way, the share capital was increased from 66,927,700 kuna by 30,000,000 kuna, so that the total share capital after the increase amounts to 96,927,700 kuna. The share capital of Končar GIM is divided into 969,277 ordinary shares, with an individual nominal value of 100 kuna, as stated in the notification. (Hina)
