Seven bids for the concession of the port in Novi Vinodolski

Seven bidders have applied for the concession for the construction and economic use of the nautical tourism port in Novi Vinodolski, it was announced today by the Ministry of the Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development.

The bids were opened on Monday, August 20, at the Ministry of the Sea in the presence of representatives of the bidders, and it was determined that one application was incomplete. The opened bids, along with the minutes, will be submitted to the Expert Body for the evaluation of bids for the concession on the maritime property established by the Government. The concessionaire will be selected next month, and the concession is granted for a period of 25 years, the statement said. The Ministry notes that in evaluating the bids for the area of 37,998 square meters of land and sea, the proposed fixed part of the concession fee per square meter per year, the variable part of the concession fee according to total annual income, the total investment amount, the planned investment amount for environmental protection, and the total number of new jobs were taken into account.
