In the first round, 75 percent of new Ingra shares were subscribed

In the first round of subscribing to new Ingra shares, just over 75 percent of the issuance was subscribed, leaving 2,474 shares for the second round, which starts next week, Ingra announced today.

Based on the preemptive rights, 7,526 shares were subscribed in the first round, out of a total of 10,000 new Ingra shares issued due to the increase in the company’s share capital, and the deadline for subscription and payment of shares from the first round expired on Thursday, August 9. In the first round, which started on July 24, each existing Ingra shareholder had the right to subscribe to new shares at a ratio of 4:1, meaning that for every four shares they held on the day of the General Assembly (June 26), they had the preemptive right to subscribe to one new ordinary share.

In the second round, which begins on the third working day after the completion of subscriptions in the first round and lasts for five days, investors will be able to subscribe to the remaining 25 percent of shares, and payment and issuance of shares should be completed by August 22. As previously announced by Ingra, the funds raised from the issuance of new shares will be used to implement projects in Croatia, such as the construction of the Zagreb Arena and a business facility in Dubrovnik.
