Zagreb’s Heruc d.d., a company majority-owned by Dragutin Biondić, has recently completed the sale of its textile company Estare Culto – fashion clothing d.o.o. This is part of the holding that until recently operated under the name Heruc – clothing production.
The buyer of the company is Nikola Mikić, a long-time manager and entrepreneur from the textile industry, who has been the CEO of Heruc’s clothing production for the past year. It was not possible to ascertain the price at which the former manager acquired Estare Culto, but it can be assumed that Centar banka, a member of the Heruc holding, is also involved in the arrangement.
