The offer from Orco Property Group and Projekti Šibenik d.o.o. is the only one received in the continuation of the tender for the selection of a private partner for the tourism project, announced the Šibenik City Council after the received offers were opened today.
For the Obonjan Riviera project, the Swiss company Jupiter Adriatic Ag was also interested, but today the City Council officially informed that it is withdrawing from participation in the process, and the offer from the Portuguese company Clinique Francaise was submitted after the deadline for submission of offers and was therefore not considered. In the next 30 days, the joint offer of Orco and Projekti Šibenik will be evaluated, and thereafter, if accepted, the negotiation process will begin, the City Council announced. (H)
