Badel 1862 Becomes Owner of Eurobev

With the entry into force of the agreement on the transfer of the business share in Eurobev between Dukat and Badel 1862, the acquisition process that began on December 7 of last year has been completed. As a result, Badel 1862 has today become the owner of the business share in Eurobev, a producer of non-alcoholic beverages and drinks, thereby fully concluding the sales process.

To remind, last year, the Koprivnica-based Podravka was also interested in purchasing Eurobev. Eurobev is a company primarily from the Lure Beverage Division. The Eurobev product range includes beverages of well-known domestic brands Voćko, Bono, Inka, and Nara, and Eurobev has exclusive rights for bottling, selling, and distributing products from the Pepsi range in Croatia, which includes a portfolio of products from the brands Pepsi, Mirinda, and 7Up.
